I love love love this rope. I had this rope first then went to a different one and bought another one of these bc I think it's the best out there! Never kinks, the rotation is amazing on the rope and really fast too.
I haven't tried my rope yet, so my review may be a little "premature" but. I have to say upon arrival of my rope, I am very impressed. I love the colors and the Wonder Woman theme. The rope itself is of great quality. After taking it out of packaging and unrolling it, the rope came apart no problems. No kinks. my current rope, I have to fiddle with for 5 min to try to get the wire to straighten out. This one was like magic. the handles feel amazing. Firm and I don't think I'll have the problem of my hand slipping off the handles like on my old plastic one. I am very excited to get in the gym and try out some doubles. And I've never been excited about them. I can tell a lot of work went into the design aspect, from the rope, handles, to the set screws to set your rope. Even after folding the cable over to set length, There is a little "sleeve" to hold down the extra little slack on the end. I can't wait to try this rope! I have a feeling I'll be whipping out 50 dubs in no time.
Have used my rope for a year and a half and just now having to replace the cable. love my rope and sing its praises to all my new gyms. its durable, consistent and I love the custom name plate and colors.
This is by far the best rope I've owned and the customer service is even better. During 17.5 of the crossfit open, the 350 double unders peeled off the coating on my rope. I have really fast double unders, think 100 DUs in 52 seconds. I figured that my speed heated the plastic up and it came right off. I contacted cyclone and they sent me a free replacement rope, no questions asked. I highly recommend them.
I just purchased my 2nd Cyclone Speed Rope! My puppy ate the handles on my old one so I had to put electrical tape on them in order to use my rope for a few months! I jumped on the Cyber Monday promo ($25 for any rope)!!!! SO EXCITED TO HAVE A NEW ONE AGAIN!!!!
